Jubilee Sponsorship

In 2020, Christian Associates is celebrating our 50th anniversary and looking toward the future. We invite you to become a sponsor of our jubilee celebrations. As an anniversary sponsor, you make a public demonstration of your support for Christian Associates and share your messaging with a faithful and well-connected audience. Your support for these events will propel Christian Associates into our next half-century as we continue our mission and ministry. And, because our celebrations have been reimagined in this era of social distancing, sponsorships are available at prices accessible to all.

The Jubilee celebrations include:

a hymn contest. After conducting a national search for the next great hymn on Christian unity, and carefully reviewing dozens of entries, our Council of Bishops selected “In Christ the Church is Ever One” by local pastor Rev. Dr. John Dalles as the winner;

a special edition of The Word in Our Voices, our book series collecting sermons and other writings by clergy from Southwest Pennsylvania churches. In September, we will publish All One In Christ Jesus: Southwest Pennsylvania Celebrates Christian Unity, a collection of sermons, stories, and songs focusing on ecumenism. This volume will feature first-person stories from Christian Associates history as well as theological explorations of Christian unity, and will include a study guide suitable for use in local congregations;

and, a virtual launch party for the book, featuring video messages and music from our diverse constituents and special guests across Southwest Pennsylvania and beyond.
