Every church in Southwest Pennsylvania has a door. But too often, when we look at a church that we've never visited before, we don't see a door. Instead, we see a wall: we can't imagine entering the church. We don't think its door is for us.

 

This summer, Christian Associates invites you to knock down those invisible walls. We invite you to participate in our #DoorsNotWalls challenge.

Your task is simple: visit a church in our region that you have never entered before. You might attend a worship service, take part in a special event, stop by to meet the pastor or other staff members, or simply drop in to take a look around. While you're there, you might take a moment to pray that all the walls between Christians would be torn down so that we could live out the unity that is ours in Christ.

Or, share your story with us using the form below. We'll share some of your #DoorsNotWalls stories in our communications tools in the months ahead, and we'll draw the name of one contributor to win a "door prize" at the end of September.
