One thousand seven hundred years ago, Christians from across the known world gathered for the first ecumenical council. Together, they discerned the theological foundations that would guide the church for centuries to come. We all owe much to the leaders of the First Council of Nicaea. Christian Associates celebrated this anniversary with a November 2025 evening of prayer and learning, and with the publication of We Believe, a devotional book featuring reflections by 28 Christian leaders from across Southwest Pennsylvania.
